(please take the time to read everything ^^)
- please do not rush me with any commissions, i will get them to you as soon as possible
- by commissioning me, you’re agreeing with my terms of service, which can be a subject of change.
Payment
- you are required to pay 50% of payment upfront when commissioning, once i send you the sketch and approve of it you are required to pay the other 50% of payment.
- i will be accepting payments through paypal and paypal only.
- i will not accept any other forms of payment.
Changes/Refunds
- Refunds will be given only if i’m unable to finish work after the sketch of the commission
- Changes requested after completing the commission will be charged at another fee, determined based off of complexity of change requested.
Comms Info
- i will provide 1 sketch per commission, this is where you can ask for changes and tweaks, once approved to be finalized changes requested after approved sketch will be accepted but at a fee, determined on how complex the change is.
- all commissions come with a simple 1-2 solid color bg of either my or your choice ^^
- i still own ALL rights to every commissions i complete; i may add a few commissions to my portfolio unless you state otherwise
- commissions are for personal/private use only, please do not use them for any type of commercial use.
Do Not
- please, do not go into my contacts to complain about the prices of my art. this will result in an instant black list, you’re paying for my time and work, please respect that.
- please do not try and sell any of my commissions i complete, nor use any commissions i make for other people.
- DO NOT use my art to feed any ai art programs, this will instantly be a blacklisted offense.
- do not claim any of the commissions i make as your own art.
- all commissions will be sent to an email for higher resolutions once completed!
- if you use my art on any of your socials please tag or credit me somewhere (ex: @L3havoc on twitter)
